Oral Presentations Oral presentations will be limited to 20 minutes each, including questions and answers. The following A/V equipment will be available: * LCD Projector AV technicians will be available to load presentations to the conference laptop from 7:30 - 7:55 a.m. each day. All Speakers should check in with the Session Chair prior to the beginning of their session. The Session Chair will introduce each speaker and monitor the time. Authors are responsible for obtaining security and organizational clearance for their paper before presenting it at the Symposium. Please bring a back-up hard copy of your presentation.
