Exhibit’s Prospectus

The International EML Symposium Committee cordially invites your organization to exhibit its products or to sponsor an event or item at the 15th International Symposium on Electromagnetic Launch (EML) Technology, which will be held at the Royal Military Academy , Brussels, Belgium during May 17-20, 2010.

We expect the symposium venue to be very dynamic. This symposium serves as the principal forum for the discussion, interchange, and presentation of research on critical technologies for accelerating macroscopic objects or projectiles to hypervelocities using electromagnetic or electrothermochemical launchers. Scientists and engineers from around the world attend this event to present their latest research on critical technologies in the field of electromagnetic launch. The 2008 EML Symposium was attended by 160 researchers and engineers from 18 countries.

Please accept our invitation and take this opportunity to participate in the 15th EML. The symposium has been organized to provide attendees ample time to visit the exhibits and speak with exhibit representatives. Exhibitors will be listed on the symposium web site, and in the conference program. We offer the opportunity to include logo on the EML Symposium’s web site.

Available booths
We offer two types of booths:

The type 2-booth is a vertical display booth; exposition of items is not possible.
The fee for the type 1-booth includes a full conference registration for one representative. A conference registration is not included in the fee for the type 2-booth.

Exhibition will take place from Tuesday to Thursday during the conference. Exhibitors will be allowed to access to the conference centre from Monday, and will be required to leave on Thursday afternoon. The exhibit space is located on the entrance and coffee areas of the conference centre.

Sponsorships
There are several opportunities to receive special recognition for your organization through select sponsorships. You may choose to sponsor an event or an item. Sponsorships start at €800.

To reserve booth space, proceed as follows:
1. Complete the exhibitor registration form and send it back to the EML2010 secretariat.
2. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served base on receipt of registration form and deposit.

Practical guidelines for exhibitors will follow upon reception of the registration form.
